| 1. | 有線電視訂戶必須年滿十八歲。Cable TV subscribers must be 18 years old or above. |
| 2. | 此優惠適用於所有有線客戶，包括有線A台客戶。This offer applies to all existing Cable TV subscribers including Ch.A. |
| 3. | 用戶必須於登記日期起一個月內成功安裝有線電視。所有新用戶均需繳付每部解碼器之安裝費。This offer is applicable to subscribers who have installation completed within one month from the enrollment date. New subscribers have to pay installation fee per outlet. |
| 4. | 所有「有線速遞服務」之用戶，必須已購買基本服務方可訂購 「PGA TOUR」。解碼器之安裝費須另行報價。For subscribers of Cable Express Service, subscription of “PGA TOUR” must be in addition to Basic Pack or other CABLE TV packages. Installation fee will be subject to separate quotation. |
| 5. | 若用戶取消「PGA TOUR」或轉用有線電視其他服務，原有之優惠會即時取消。所有預繳之費用將不退還。For any termination of “PGA TOUR”, or conversion to other packages, no part of any prepayment will be refunded. |
| 6. | 一年預繳優惠期完結後，「PGA TOUR」將會根據當時之收費表即時按月收取。用戶如欲在「PGA TOUR」優惠期完結前終止服務，需於不少於一個月前通知有線電視。Upon expiry one-year prepayment offer, “PGA TOUR” will be charged according to the monthly prevailing rate. At least one month’s notice must be given to CABLE TV for any termination of “TOUR”. |
| 7. | 使用信用咭付款之用戶可暫免繳付解碼器按金。若用戶日後轉用其他付款方法，該按金需即時繳付。已繳付之按金將於用戶取消服務、交回解碼器及扣除欠款後退還。Converter deposit is suspended for as long as this CABLE TV account is settled by credit card autopay. Suspended deposit will immediately become due when other payment methods are used. Paid deposit, less any outstanding fees, will be refunded after termination of CABLE TV services and return of the converter(s). |
| 8. | 如用戶於優惠期內搬遷至有線電視網絡覆蓋之住址，需另繳搬遷安裝費，方可繼續享用其剩餘之優惠。若搬遷至有線電視網絡未覆蓋之住址，其剩餘之優惠將即時作廢。If subscriber moves to a Cable-ready address and pays the prevailing installation fee, subscriber will continue to enjoy the un-consumed offer. However, this offer will be terminated immediately if subscriber terminates the service or moves to a non Cable-ready address before the promotion offer expires. |
| 9. | 若有線電視在超越其合理控制範圍下，不能繼續提供某頻道的服務，該頻道的服務及有關優惠將會自行終止，概不另行通知。Should any channel become unavailable due to factors beyond CABLE TV’s reasonable control, the channel service and all related offers will be withdrawn without prior notice. |
| 10. | 此項優惠不可與其他有線電視優惠同時享用。This special offer may not be enjoyed simultaneously with other CABLE TV promotion offers. |
| 11. | 所有費用概不退還，亦不得轉讓。All payment is neither refundable nor transferable. |
| 12. | 有線電視保留所有爭議之最終決定權。CABLE TV reserves the right of final decision in case of dispute. |
